Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kenju. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the carrier's service standards.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carrier and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Kenju is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at ourkenju@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Kenju is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control

Local Pickup

We do not currently offer local pickup.
