Returns
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. A flat return shipping fee of up to $6.00 may be deducted from eligible refunds when a prepaid return label is provided.

Exchanges

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If merchandise is shipped to a country within the European Union, customers may have additional consumer rights under applicable law, including a 14-day cooling-off period. However, exceptions may apply to certain products, including sealed health, wellness, and personal care products that have been opened after delivery.
